Jes, your garden sounds beautiful. I bet every year it surprises you with its own solutions. I was weeding a hard dirt path and recognized the newest sprouts as chamomile--not weeds. The ground is so packed and hard that they are tiny chamomile bushes with a few flowers each. I left them and it amuses me every time I walk there--garden design by the birds.

I love that! I’ve got milkweed that I never planted , but the butterflies love it so I keep it. ❤️

I have the exact same issue and, like you (I presume), I am a perfectionist.

It's a two edge sword. It what made me a high-performing technical architect but I would end up working overtime to meet "my standards."

But even when I think it's "good enough" I have a hard time moving on.

BTW, "I Am a Mermaid" is still one of my favorite songs. That album is probably my favorite BBB album.

I know how thorough you are! Here's to hoping we can both have a summer with a little more space from that particular rope.

"Little Bit of Grace" is my favorite album with that configuration of the band too. ❤️
